Bill earned his degree in Construction Management and has worked for more than twenty-five years designing, building, and remodeling restaurants. He is passionate about restaurants and loves making them functional and beautiful. After working as the construction manager for a major restaurant chain, he saw the need for franchises and individual concepts to have someone who could help them navigate the complex construction process. With this goal in mind, he started PIAZZA and has been in business for 18 years; still dedicated to his clients and devoted to providing the best services possible. In his leisure time, he enjoys cooking, reading, cycling, watching rugby, and spending quality time with his wife and family.
